Online Banking

You are now, available for your account balance inquiry and free bill payment, etc thru online without visiting local branch. To protect our customer information, Woori America Bank has introduced Passmark. You will need to set up the passmark when logging into internet banking. Once you start the internet banking, make sure you check the Passmark.

Passmark is an additional security authentication online banking process that blocks identity theft and other crimes, and protects valuable customer information.

Sign up For Internet Banking

1. Click on Online Banking Signup button on our Woori America Bank Homepage.

2. Fill out First Time User Information on First Time Log In page.

3. Enter your ID and Password.

4. To set up customer’s Passmark,

  • Enter your E-mail Address twice.
  • Select an image and an authentication pass phrase.
  • Select 3 challenge questions and enter the answer for each question.

NOTE: When signing in Internet Banking, you must enter all information including passmark set-up.

Log In

  • Registered as a personal computer: Enter ID -> Check Passmark -> Enter Password
  • Not registered public computer: Enter ID -> Enter Challenge Questions and Answers -> Check Passmark -> Enter Password.

Note: If your computer is registered as a personal computer, all you have to do to log in is to check your authentication image and enter your password. If your computer is not registered, you have to answer all 3 challenge questions in order to log in internet banking.

1. How do I sign in?

A. Enter your own ID.

B. After checking your authentication image and pass phrase, enter your password.

C. If your computer is not registered,

  • Enter your answers of all 3 challenge questions.
  • And then, enter your password.
2. How to change passmark after log in.

A. After log in, click Change Password at the top of the menu and click EDIT button on security data.

B. When you see Change Security Date Page, click on Change Image button.

C. Select Image

D. When you select an image, you will be moved to Change security date page.

E. Select the challenge questions and enter the answers.

F. Click the Submit button to complete the change.
