Q. How do I sign up for Online Banking without Social Security Number?
A. Customers who do not have a social security number can receive CIF number from any local branch. You can put in the CIF number instead of social security number.

Q. Why do I see an error sign when signing up Online banking even though my social security number and phone number are correct?
A. You will see an error sign when your social security number and phone number are not matched with the numbers that are registered with our bank. In addition, if the error sign appears three consecutive times, you must call our customer service for help.

Q. What should I do if I forget my ID and passwords?
A. If a customer does not use the internet banking for consecutive 3 months, the internet banking will disappear automatically. Please call our customer service to delete all previous online banking numbers in order to register again.

Q. How do I send a wire transfer thru online banking service?
A. While logging in, press the Remittance button. A new window will pop up with Terms and Condition Agreement. Read it carefully and press the I Agree button and then fill out the Remittance Application. You will receive confirmation email when the wire transfer is sent.

Q. Where can I see the previous statements?
A. On the transaction menu, please enter the start and end dates for the past 12 months.

Q. How can I see the check image?
A. If you double click the check number on the statement, you will see the check’s detail.

Q. Where can I find the ABA (or routing) number of Woori America Bank?
A. You can find our bank’s ABA (or routing) number on the down left corner of the check book.

Q. How can I inquire my bank account balance thru phone?
A. Apply for Telebanking through any our nearest local branch. You will be issued an ID. Call 1-888-699-6674 first and then make a password. You are ready to inquire your bank account balance thru phone.

Q. Do I have to go to a local branch in order to change my home address?
A. For the purpose of your security, we strongly recommend you to visit any local branch and change the home address. Address may be changed by fax due to various circumstances.
